01) 48 hours before the booked time: No cancellation charge on change of booked date or total cancellation, 100% of the booked amount refunded.
02) 24 – 48 hours before the booked time: 50 % of the advance amount refunded.
3) 0 – 24 hours before the booked time: No refund.
4) The refunds will be made either by a cross cheque in the name of the customer only, or by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained.
